Massa folhada (1)
Atum em azeite (3 latas)
Cebola (1/2)
Leite (2,5 dl)
Ovos (3)
Limão (1)
Azeite, salsa, sal e pimenta q.b.
Farinha (para polvilhar)
preparação
1. Pré-aquecer o forno a 180º
2. Levar a massa ao forno disposta na tarteira durante 10 minutos (pode ser colocado um papel vegetal com algum peso por cima, ex. feijões, arroz, grão secos)
3. Numa frigideira refogar a cebola no azeite
4. Polvilhar com farinha e misturar bem
5. Juntar o leite, aos poucos, mexendo bem para não criar grumos – deixar engrossar
6. Juntar o atum, a salsa picada, o sumo do limão e temperar com sal e pimenta
7. Bater levemente as gemas e juntar ao recheio
8. Deixar arrefecer e juntar as claras batidas – não precisa de ser em castelo
9. Juntar as claras, mexendo com cuidado
10. Verter o recheio na massa e levar ao forno a 180º até dourar
