preparação
1. Bater as gemas com o açúcar
2. Acrescentar a raspa da laranja lavada
3. Bater as claras em castelo
4. Juntar aos poucos a farinha e as claras em castelo à mistura inicial, mexendo com cuidado para as claras não desmontarem
5. Acrescentar o fermento
6. Juntar as amêndoas e nozes trituradas
7. Levar a cozer em forno a 150º
