preparação
1. Pré-aquecer o forno a 180º
2. Picar a cebola e alho e refogar em azeite
3. Retirar a “pele” da alheira e desfazer em pequenos pedaços
4. Juntar a alheira ao refogado
5. Juntar a maçã em cubos ao preparado
6. Adicionar cominhos (podem também ajustar-se os temperos a gosto não esquecendo que a alheira já inclui temperos)
7. Envolver o preparado na massa folhada
8. Passar gema de ovo com um pincel sobre a massa
9. Levar ao forno até dourar
