Camembert gratinado com amêndoa e doce
ingredientes
Camembert de cabra com vinho alvarinho (1)
Azeite (1 dl)
Mel (5 g)
Amêndoa torrada sem sal (10 g)
Doce de abóbora com laranja
preparação
1. Pré-aquecer o forno a 180º
2. Num tabuleiro colocar o queijo camembert e dar uns cortes na parte superior
3. Regar com azeite e mel
4. Levar ao forno 10 a 15 mins.
5. Quando o queijo derreter retirar, guarnecer com as folhas de alecrim e com as amêndoas picadas
6. Para acompanhar servir com a compota de abóbora e laranja
