preparação
1. Ferver o bacalhau e fazer lascas finas
2. Picar as cebolas e alourar em azeite, juntar o bacalhau para refogar um pouco
3. Juntar as batatas e o paio cortado em cubos pequenos
4. Bater os ovos e juntar, mexer até estarem cozinhados, servir numa travessa com a salsa picada
