Orégãos, pimenta e sal
preparação
1. Lavar, descascar e cortar em pedaços as batatas, reservar
2. Numa tigela juntar orégãos, azeite, pimentão doce, pimenta, mostarda e sal. misturar até estar cremoso e deitar nas batatas, envolver muito bem
3. Furar as linguiças com um garfo e pré-aquecer o forno
4. Juntar tudo numa travessa e levar ao forno por 40 minutos
