preparação
1. Fazer um refogado com o azeite, alho e cebola, adicionar a farinheira cortada aos pedaços e deixar cozer
2. Adicionar a batata palha e envolver bem no preparado
3. juntar os ovos ligeiramente batidos e deixar cozinhar mais um pouco 4. Acrescentar a salsa e retificar o tempero – a mistura deve ficar cremosa
